Electromagnetic effects: engine, lights, radio die. Green glowing object follows police car, UFO under 20 feet above, 15' across, 3' high in center. Air chilled.
An object was observed from a car. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One green domed disc, about 20 feet across, about twenty feet away, was observed by one experienced male witness (as reported to the police) in a city for two minutes (Delgado). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
