Electromagnetic effect: car engine died. three people in car saw 15' diameter object approach, stop 50m away. Gave off yellow light. Felt prickly, had intense headaches.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One yellow ball, about 20 feet across, was observed by three witnesses, typical age 16, on a highway for over ten minutes (Gilmar).
