Radio frequency interference blocked radio reception. Yellow oval-shaped object with "white lights blinking on and off and going around on its bottom. UFO followed traffice on I-85.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One yellow oval object was observed by one female teenage witness on a highway. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 133: Report attributed to a known source of unknown or uncalibrated reliability; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
