25' high orange-red cone hovered several feet over field. 4-5 beings, under 4' tall, stocky, large heads, wore helmets, glowed orange-red. Car hit one, saw arm fly up with mitten on hand, car dents/scratches. Explanation: Psych.
An object was observed. Traces found. One red-orange cone-shaped object, about 40 feet across, was observed in foggy weather by one male 20-year-old witness on a road for over three minutes (Morris, D). Four 3.9-foot-tall red-skinned beings, each wearing a helmet, were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
