Disc hovers 50 feet overhead of car on road. Electromagnetic effect: car engine, lights, radio stop. Disc shot up into clouds, then car runs OK.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One disc, about fifty feet away, was observed by three witnesses on a road for over three minutes.
