Fog. Driving to work two nuclear plant men saw silver oval UFO with four legs above fogbank they thought was a water tank, but driving back later no tank at site, power lines nearby. UFO was at 250 feet altitude.
A hovering object was observed. One silver oval object, about 150 feet across, around 300 feet away, was observed in foggy weather by two experienced male witnesses near a nuclear test site for 30 seconds (Fortenberry). Hynek rating: DO: Daylight Objects Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 342: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
