Policeman and two fire tower watchers watched nocturnal lights over Caddell Mountain. Policeman encountered 4' brown creature with long, fuzzy hair dart across road in front of his car. All three saw reddish light whiz overhead.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and humanoid occupants. One red light was observed by one experienced male witness (as reported to the police) on a highway for a few seconds (Zinn). No sound was heard. One 4-foot-tall hairy dwarf was seen. The Kingwood West Virginia police chief and two fire tower observers watched a light cavort over Caddell Mountain for hours. Willard Zinn, a police officer from Terra Alta, was driving home via a mountain road when he encountered a 4-foot tall, brown, or green creature with long, fuzzy hair that darted across the road in front of his car. Zinn skidded into a ditch. The two fire observers joined him and all three saw a very bright, silent, reddish white light whiz overhead at tree top level.
