Large flat-gray cigar. Bottom had red and white lights, alternately flashing, flew very low. Paralleled car for 8 miles, then lost in cloud cover.
A cigar-shaped object was observed. One gray cigar-shaped object was observed by one witness on a highway. No sound was heard.
