16 April 1897 Night Logan S3M, Ohio, USA 
Suden flash in sky, then 40 feet dark shape flew slowly over town. Witnesses thought they could hear voices coming from it. Followed it in buggy, craft descended to 50', rose swiftly and out of sight.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One dark boat-shaped object, about 40 feet across, was observed by a group of witnesses for a few seconds.
