Viewed through binoculars. Luminous ball sent out little white flashes, came closer, hovered, climbed vertically. Cone shaped revealed through binoculars. Truncated white beam 300m long, out, then down.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One cone-shaped object, around 2500 feet away, was observed by eight witnesses on the shore for a few minutes (Nunes Pereira). Hynek rating: NO: Nocturnal Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
