In March 1974 Around 2200 Hergies D84, France 
Fog. Dense blue luminosity, stationary, 40m in diameter, circular, seemed to sparkle. Electromagnetic effect: engine, lights, radio when drove through blue fog, engine restarted spontaneously.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One blue cloud-like object was observed by more than four witnesses in a swamp.
