2 October 1991 Around 1800 - Arkhangel'Sk, Russia -   Witness observe UFO pacing first stage of a rocket booster, following launch from Plesetsk.

In late December 1992 23:30 - Severny, Russia -   Brown being, 1.6m tall, with rough bark-like skin. Head oval shaped, dark eyes. Strong shoulders, wide chest. Blue beam levitated him. Missing time.
