Sightings near 40 N x 100 E

27 June 1964 22:00 - Ulaanbaator, Mongolia - An unidentified object was sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. One object, the size of the moon, was observed by one witness at a mountain for over 15 minutes (Bold; Khaserdzne).

In April 1968 17:00 - Gobi Desert N, China - Disc 3m in diameter, red-orange in color, took off when approached by workers on motorcycles. Burn marks on ground at landing site.

In July 1970 - Bayan Gol, China - Cigar emits balls of light.

21 July 1980 21:40 - Baotou, China - An unidentified object was sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. One light was observed by two witnesses in a town for over one minute.

In Spring 1991 - Ulaanbaator, Mongolia - Free will abduction.
