21 July 1965 - Pacific -   A meteor-like object was observed. Nocturnal lights were observed by military witnesses. Explanation: Meteor.

11 January 1966 - Pacific -   A fireball was observed. One object was observed by military witnesses for over three minutes. Explanation: Re-entry.

1 October 1997 - Lismore, New South Wales, Australia -   Westpac Rescue Helicopter incident.

In mid-August 1999 - Chindera, Nr Tweed Heads, New South Wales, Australia -   Two lights moved across sky very fast, then stopped. one descended and one witness had teeth vibrate 3x in blasts of three seconds, heard voice in head "Don't worry we will be there soon."
