22 April 1973 20:00 - Papeete, Pacific - SS Philippine Bear incident.

15 April 1975 23:30 - Paea, Tahiti, Pacific - Fireball makes 90 degree turn toward Punaania. Visible for 40 seconds.

24 November 1975 18:30 - Paea, Tahiti, Pacific - One object was observed by eight witnesses on the shore for over 15 minutes.
