Sightings near 30 S x 10 E

In June 1965 Daytime - Caprivi Str Border, Namibia -   Instrumented observation

In July 1968 - Mariental, Namibia -   An unidentified object was sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. One object was observed by two witnesses (Williers).

1 July 1972 - Mariental, Namibia -   An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One object was observed.

3 October 1978 - Windhoek, Namibia -   Hovered.

26 April 1985 20:00 - Gomoab, Namibia -   Shiny sphere over farm. 15m well found dry in morning.

28 June 1994 20:00 - Namibian Desert, Namibia -   Bright Nocturnal light follows round land contours closely.

30 May 1995 07:30 - Springbok, South Africa -   Fireball moving SSE for 15 minutes. Appears to land in citrus grove. Investigation reveals nothing.
