21 April 1991 - London, UK -   Missile crossed path of MD-80, radar and visual tracking.

21 April 1991 21:00 - Kent, UK -   Alitalia incident. Explanation: Meteor.

21 April 1991 Night - Heathrow Apt, UK -   An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. One object was observed at an airport. Explanation: Meteor.

8 June 1991 18:00 - Concepcion, Paraguay -   Lap Airline incident.

28 December 1991 - Toronto, Ontario, Canada -   Rated as high-reliability unknown.
