6 April 1990 20:30 - Ulyanovsk, Kazakhstan -   An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. One blue-green ball was observed by several hundred witnesses for 30 minutes.

21 May 1990 22:00 - Lancaster, California , USA -   Disc flying southwest rapidly to the northeast was involved with a near collision with a KC-135 tanker aircraft. The passage of the UFO rocked the wings of the plane.
